Russell Sage College celebrated outstanding student academic achievements for the 2025-2026 academic year at its Undergraduate Honors Convocation on April 29, 2026. The event honored the valedictorian and salutatorian of the Class of 2026, plus dozens of students from all of Sage's undergraduate majors and programs.

Russell Sage College celebrated outstanding student academic achievements for the 2022-2023 academic year at its Undergraduate Honors Convocation on April 26, 2023. The event honored the valedictorian and salutatorian of the Class of 2023, plus 48 students from all of Sage's undergraduate majors and programs.

The Russell Sage College chapter of Psi Chi, the international honor society in psychology, welcomed 14 students at the college's annual induction ceremony, which took place on April 12, 2026.

Eight Russell Sage College students shared their research at the Northeast Conference on the Teaching of Foreign Languages, held in New York City on February 27.

The 2025 issue of The Rev, Russell Sage College's student-run art and literary magazine, is a beautifully bound, 120-page publication featuring writing and art from Russell Sage students, alumni, and employees; Questar III New Visions visual and performing arts students; and CreativityUnleashed Publishing in London. The following people recently were elected to membership into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines.

Four Russell Sage College students pursued research related to their biology, nursing, and public health degrees during Sage's CSTEP summer research program. On July 11, the students presented their work at the college's annual CSTEP Summer Research Symposium, held on Sage's Troy campus. CSTEP - an acronym for Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program - is a grant-funded program sponsored by the New York State Department of Education. Participating students are pursuing professional licensure or careers in mathematics, science, technology, and health-related fields.
